The EHX Deluxe Bass Big Muff is the ultimate bass fuzz pedal, delivering modern enhancements to the classic Bass Big Muff Pi, tailored specifically for today’s bassists. Building on the legendary Black Russian Big Muff of the ’90s, it offers thunderous tone with added versatility and definition.

The Blend knob lets you mix your original tone with the fuzz, maintaining low-end clarity and punch. A built-in Gate reduces unwanted hiss, ensuring smooth and polished performance. At its heart lies the powerful Crossover section, which separates the Fuzz and Dry signals, running them through a High Pass Filter and Low Pass Filter, respectively, to create a tone that’s both cutting on top and massive on the bottom.

This flagship pedal is optimized for both passive and active pickups, thanks to its switchable 0dB/-10dB input pad. With three output options—1/4" Effect Out, 1/4" Direct Out, and XLR DI Out—the Deluxe Bass Big Muff offers complete control over your sound and signal routing. The foot-switchable Crossover section, combined with the Blend control, ensures clear, focused low-end and bright, cutting highs.
